Running an unmanned store should be easy and safe, which is why we offer to manage large parts of the operation via Unlimit Service Solutions, so you as the store owner can concentrate on other important tasks.
Unlimit Service Solutions consists of a mandatory service package that supports the technology we offer. In addition, it is possible to opt for other services that make it easier to be an owner of an unmanned store.

Service packages
Mandatory unmanned store operation package
As a starting point, we use our own POS solution, but if you want a different solution, we can do that too. We work with some of the biggest and best providers on the market to ensure high quality. A dynamic QR code is an extra layer of security in the mandatory package that ensures that only registered customers enter your store.
Since we only work with the best alarm and video surveillance providers on the market, there is a license cost. In return, you get the most advanced equipment and the option to opt for full support. The alarm is connected to a monitoring center that charges a monthly fee to monitor your store. This is also to ensure a quick response in the event of damage, whether it’s fire, water damage or burglary.
The package also includes a guarantee that your customers can always get in touch with one of our support staff if there is a risk of problems in the store. We will be able to help with problems and guide the customer in the best possible way – whether it’s a connection disruption, power outages, checkout problems or something else entirely.
The majority of issues are resolved quickly through our support. However, if it is still not possible to find a solution through our offsite system, we offer affordable onsite support the following business day.
The contents of the mandatory package:
- Own POS (If POS is deselected, 800.- is deducted)
- License for monitoring

- Onsite support for 600 kr. per hour + mileage
- Phone support for 220 kr. per call
- Wake-up call from alarm center 1.200 kr.

Small security package
The small security package is for those who want extra peace of mind that the system is running optimally. We remotely access your cameras once a month and ensure that everything is set up as it should be. We also review your surveillance monthly and alert you to any criminal activity.
At the same time, you get free phone support every weekday between 8-16. If we can’t solve the problem for you offsite, we’ll come out for half the price of our normal support rate. We’ll also come out once a year to physically inspect your installation, fix any errors and replace any faulty devices for free.
The contents of the small security package:
- Free offsite support 8am-4pm on weekdays.
- Onsite support at half price: 300 DKK per hour + mileage
- Annual service and installation review
- Phone support outside normal business hours at half price: 110 DKK per call.
- Defective devices are replaced free of charge for the first 3 years.
- Guard call from alarm center: 1,200 kr.

Great security package
With the great security package, we do everything for you. Review camera footage for you on an ongoing basis and report any criminal activity in your store. At the same time, you get free 24/7 support and all calls from us and the alarm center are included in the monthly price.
