The purpose of our processing of personal data, the types/categories of data and the legal basis for processing your personal data

When you use our website or APP, we collect the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • CPR no.
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • The purpose of collecting personal data is to optimize the user experience for you as a customer in one of our unmanned stores or when you make use of our vending machines with age and ID checks.
  • We ask that you verify your name and other personal data via myID, SMS, credit card or BankID, and subsequently a verification via CPR No. to ensure that it is you personally who is shopping in one of our stores.
  • Likewise, your registration ensures that we comply with all legislation regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, as well as other products that require a certain age for purchase, if desired.
  • In case of theft, vandalism or other atypical incidents observed through our certified monitoring center, we can make use of your data recorded when you check-in to our unmanned store solutions.
  • By registering, you also accept that you are responsible for guests in the store and are liable for them to the same extent as you are for yourself.
  • Secondarily, we collect data in order to perform targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google. This processing of data is necessary for us to fulfill our interest in improving our App and showing you relevant offers.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from:

  • The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
  • When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect information about your name, email address and possibly mobile number.
  • The purpose is to safeguard our interest in delivering newsletters to you.
  • The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f)(3) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Where your personal data originates from:

  • Your personal data originates from your registration on the website or via our APP, your search terms and any subscription to our newsletter.

We do not disclose your personal data

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties but will only be managed by us in connection with the operation of our unmanned stores. You can ask us to delete your data permanently at any time.

The only exception to this is if you have committed an illegal act involving the police, in which case we use registered data as documentation. This is handled in accordance with police requirements.

Storage of your personal data

  • Information collected about your use of the website will be deleted at the latest when you have not used the App for 1 year
  • Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted when your newsletter consent is withdrawn.
  • Information collected in connection with purchases you have made in one of our unmanned stores will generally be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, data may be stored for longer if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, enforced or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements.

What types of personal data do we process:

Name, e-mail, mobile number, social security number, date of birth and gender are registered in the backend of our control system for our entrance control.

We only make use of this data if one of the following events has been observed:

  • Theft
  • Vandalism
  • Violence
  • Other atypical, deviant and liability incidents

All incidents where an offense is deemed to have occurred are reported to the police,

Where your personal data originates from:

  • Your personal data that we process originates from the user creation you make when you check in at one of our unmanned stores.

When you shop with us, the following personal data is processed:

  • What types of personal data do we process? Name, e-mail, mobile, address, social security number.

  • The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Storage of your personal data

Information collected in connection with purchases you have made in one of our unmanned stores will generally be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, data may be stored for longer if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, enforced or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is stored for 5 years until the end of a financial year to fulfill the requirements of the Accounting Act.

You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you.

Right to see information (right of access)

You have the right to access the data we process about you as well as a number of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure

In special cases, you have the right to have data about you deleted prior to the time of our general general deletion.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted in certain cases. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the data – except for storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data.

You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

Right to transmit data (data portability)

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one controller to another without hindrance.
