Mads Lynge Laursen
Chief Executive Officer
Mads Lynge Laursen (born in 1973) was appointed CEO of Conferize A/S in April 2025. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in business development, strategy, and marketing. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions in both Danish and international companies, with a strong focus on growth, innovation, and digital transformation.
Before joining Conferize, Mads served as Group CEO of Unlimit Group ApS, where from 2022 he led the development and scaling of 24/7 unmanned retail store concepts. Prior to that, he spent over a decade as CEO and partner at Lynge Olsen Group A/S – a full-service agency specializing in strategic communication, business development, and marketing.
Earlier in his career, Mads held roles such as Marketing Manager and Division Manager at SPAR Denmark, as well as Marketing Manager at Pisiffik A/S in Greenland. He also worked with product development and marketing at Merrild Kaffe ApS and Deb Swarfega Danmark A/S.
Mads Lynge Laursen holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Management and Strategy) from the University of Southern Denmark and a degree in Marketing Economics from Lolland Business School.

Rolf Lynge Olsen is an experienced Danish business leader and serial entrepreneur with over 40 years of expertise in advertising, strategic consulting, and property development. Throughout four decades, he has led his own companies and built a solid career focused on value creation, business development, and long-term growth.
As the founder of Lynge Olsen Group A/S, he has played a key role in developing a versatile group with activities across multiple industries. With a strong background in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and the establishment of business-critical partnerships, he has demonstrated the ability to lead complex organizations and deliver sustainable results through innovation and focused execution.
Rolf Lynge Olsen has extensive experience in board work and strategic planning and is recognized for his ability to navigate both established and emerging markets. His business approach is characterized by high integrity, decisiveness, and a sharp eye for growth potential.

Jan Bo Sørensen

Born in 1965, has an education as a craftsman and subsequently further education as a production engineer at the University of Southern Denmark.
During the last 30 years, Jan has built up a great deal of knowledge about the operation and management of companies ranging from the smallest to the largest business units. Applies to both Danish and international owned business Groups.

Staffan Pär Gunnar
Lindgren
Born 1964. Swedish citizen. Economist from Mid Sweden University Sundsvall/Härnösand. Experience: Leading authority in the gaming industry with over 20 years of operational experience. Former founder and CEO of gaming technology provider NYX Interactive AB, part of NYX Gaming Group, which was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2014 and later sold to American Scientific Games in 2018.
Extensive experience in public environments. Current assignments:
Director at C Ventures AB, C Ventures Fund I AB.

Morten Schwartz

Born in 1976. Cand.jur from the University of Copenhagen. Partner, lawyer at Lund Elmer Sandager since 2007. Right to appear before the Supreme Court.
Practicing lawyer advising business enterprises, highly specialized in financing law – particularly leasing. Has contributed to business development and scaling of several subscription-based business models, including in the IT industry.
Continuing education in the form of a Diploma in Business Excellency from Columbia University and CBS, Negotiation courses from Harvard University, and the Executive Board Programme, Scandinavian Executive Institute.
Active board member at Lund Elmer Sandager Law Firm, Motorpower ApS, Lindhardt A/S, Moneytor ApS, Thaysen & Co A/S, Boris Holding ApS, Strømselskabet ApS, CapGain A/S, Botech Housing and Business Technology ApS, and Folmers Invest A/S.

Per Jessen
Board Member
Per Jessen is a partner and advisor at the consultancy firm F10, which he co-founded in 2011. He brings a strong background in finance and management, having held various leadership positions at BG Bank, including branch director, branch manager, and corporate advisor. Since 2007, Per has worked as an independent consultant and advisor for a wide range of companies.
He has extensive board experience and currently serves as chairman or board member in several companies, including Trykluftcentret A/S, NP Holding A/S, Fyns Energiteknik A/S, PN Hillerød ApS, CPH Cirkel Fitness ApS, Fipros A/S, and Miss Bagel A/S. Per holds a degree in Business Administration from the Aarhus School of Business in Esbjerg.
